Cocktail Bartender Extensive course
We want to teach people what it means to be a proper cocktail bartender.  We are teaching a professional approach to a craft that we are extremely passionate about.  It isn’t enough to simply show up to work, put in your hours and go home.  At all times you should be questioning the way things are executed so that you are maximizing the guest experience.  Every make can be done faster and smoother with more emphasis on a quality overall product arriving to your guest.  The standards are never compromised – we don’t cut corners that can sacrifice our product and therefore our reputation.
Every drink could be someone’s first chance to taste what you can do and if it isn’t up to par then it could easily be their last.

We want bartenders to create drinks with as much thought as chefs give to their dishes.  Our cocktail lists should be as well composed and balanced as their menus. Like chefs, we encourage you to use the best ingredients, and to learn the best possible execution to honour those ingredients.
